Pickle & Hot Sauce
Our pickles are hand cut and produced in small batches to retain high quality and attention to detail. Our brine consists of all natural ingredients and do not contain any preservatives. The pickles brine for weeks to reach optimal flavor. The end result are crisp, flavorful and delicious pickles that taste great on just about anything!
Our hot sauces are inspired by our travels near and far. They are so versatile and taste amazing on chips, soups, and as marinades for meats.
Cheryll and Jon are the masterminds behind our popular Bacon Jerky and our Beef Jerky. Making jerky was a childhood pastime Jon enjoyed with his Dad and now Cheryll helps with creating flavor profiles and operations.
Jerky is a high protein snack, great for hikes, sports events, or as a unique gift for that bacon fanatic in your life! Try it on burgers, deviled eggs, salads or on its own for a delicious treat.

My passion for food began at an early age with watching Yan Can Cook and torturing my family to eat the "creations" I made along the way (sorry Dad!). In 2013, I graduated from the International Culinary Center in California with a culinary diploma and worked in various kitchens while continuing to travel around the world to learn about different flavors. After a year of self discovery, I decided to prioritize my love for food and began building a business from it. I started by gifting my creations to family and friends in return for their honest feedback. After a few test batches and recipes revisions, my hobby has evolved into a part time venture. Fast forward to 2018, and with the help of Cheryll and Jon, we began selling my pickles and their jerky publicly at craft fairs and events throughout the bay area.
I love to cook and be creative in the kitchen. I’m happiest around family and friends at a dinner table sharing stories and a good laugh. My hobbies include: sewing, hiking, baking and traveling. I help with shipping orders and sales, if you see me at an event come and say hi!
I grew up making jerky with my family back in WI and enjoy experimenting with different flavors and proteins for our jerky. I firmly believe in using high quality ingredients and letting the food speak for themselves. You’ll see me at one of our local events passing out samples at our booth, and sharing my knowledge and love for all things jerky!
